1. What is the Fairfield Theatre Company? top
The Fairfield Theatre Company is dedicated to promoting live entertainment, and the open sharing of creative freedom, as cultural imperatives in the communities it serves. To that end, we have endeavored to create new venues (Stage One) -- and revive existing ones (The Klein Auditorium) -- for the presentation and preservation of plays, concerts, lectures, artistic workshops and exhibition, and for the accessibility of these programs via all available media, platforms and formats. We seek to expand opportunities for artists to express, and for audiences to enjoy, what non-profit theatre may offer.

2. How do I purchase tickets for The Klein Auditorium? Stage One? What’s the number to call the box office and where is the box office located? top
There are several ways to purchase tickets:
• through our website, www.fairfieldtheatre.org,
• call the box office at 203-259-1036 from 12-5 Tuesday through Sunday
• go to our permanent box office on 70 Sanford St in Fairfield from 12-5 Tuesday through Sunday.

4. Do I have to set up an account to purchase tickets? top
Yes, when you purchase tickets we ask for your personal information so we can mail your tickets or contact you in case a performance is canceled or rescheduled.

We have handicap seating for both The Klein Auditorium and Stage One. To see if handicap seating is available, contact our box office at 203-259-1036 from 12-5 Tuesday through Sunday. The Klein Auditorium does not have an elevator, all handicap seating is located on the ground level.
7. What are the benefits of membership to FTC? Do memberships expire? top
All MEMBERSHIPS ACCESS THE FOLLOWING PRIVILEGES:
1. Advance ticket buying period for Members only
2. Special offers and invitations to Member only events
3. Weekly e-mail newsletter subscription
4. Member discount(s) on ticket(s) (based on the level of membership) range from $4 - $10 off the ticket price
5. All memberships are tax deductible
6. Membership lasts for 1 year from the date of purchase
8. How do I apply my member discount to my order? top
If you contact the box office they will apply your discount over the phone or you can apply your member discount through our website, www.fairfieldtheatre.org. Directions are below:
1. Go to Fairfield Theatre Company’s homepage, www.fairfieldtheatre.org
2. Click the “BOX OFFICE” link
3. Click “LOG IN”
4. Find the performance you are looking for and click the grey “BUY TICKETS” button on the right hand side
5. Scroll all the way down to see a seating chart
6. Select the section you want to sit and click “RESERVE SELECTED TICKETS”.
7. The SHOPPING CART screen will show you order and underneath your tickets is a yellow “APPLY DISCOUNT” button
8. Click the “APPLY DISCOUNT” button
9. A pop up window will show up and towards the bottom you’ll see “SELECT A NEW PRICE.”
10. Click on “SELECT A NEW PRICE”
11. You will see the member discount code listed as “MEMAL”
12. Click the yellow “CHANGE DISCOUNT” button
Repeat for each ticket that receives a member discount
9. Do you have a student/senior price? Group rates? top
Yes, we offer a student/senior price, in the shopping cart during your ticket order. On the shopping cart screen you will see the seats you’ve selected, under each ticket is a yellow “APPLY DISCOUNT” button. Click the pull down menu and select the student/senior discount. Click change discount button.
Yes, group rates start at 10 plus tickets for one performance. To receive group rates call the box office for more details.
10. What are service charges? Is there a way to have the fees waived? top
Please visit our Ticketing Page to read more about service charges. We waive convenience fees and order processing fees if you purchase tickets at our permanent box office at 70 Sanford St. We charge the order-processing fee of $2.00 two hours prior to show time for a performance.
The facility fee of $3.00 for The Klein Auditorium is a fee that cannot be waived.
11. Can I buy tickets for The Klein Auditorium or Stage One through Ticketmaster or Live Nation? top
No, Fairfield Theatre Company’s box office and website are the sole provider of tickets for The Klein Auditorium and Stage One.
12. How do I know that my order was processed? top
After you finish your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail contact the box office at 203-259-1036 from 12-5 Tuesday through Sunday.
13. I requested to have my tickets mailed, what should I expect. top
Tickets come in a small white envelope, about 3X5 inches from FTC. If you do not receive your tickets 2 days prior to a performance, please contact the box office at 203-259-1036 from 12-5 Tuesday through Sunday.
14. I requested to have my tickets mailed to me but I didn’t receive them, what should I do? top
Call the box office at 203-259-1036 from 12-5 Tuesday through Sunday.
15. What is will call? top
Will call is a method to pick up tickets. At The Klein Auditorium there is a table in the lobby of The Klein Auditorium dedicated for will call pick up. You will need to present your photo id and credit card that you used to purchase the tickets.
At Stage One you need to present your photo id and credit card that you used to purchase the tickets at the box office.
16. What do I need to pick up my tickets that are being held at will call and when can I pick them up? top
You need to have your photo id and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets. You can pick up tickets 90 minutes prior to showtime at The Klein Auditorium and from 12-5 Tuesday through Sunday at Stage One.
17. Are tickets refundable? What if a show is rescheduled or canceled? top
There are no refunds. Only if a show is canceled will we offer a refund or a credit towards an upcoming show. If a show is rescheduled you have 3 options:
1. If you cannot attend we will offer a refund
2. If you cannot attend we will offer a credit towards an upcoming show
3. your original ticket(s) will be honored for the rescheduled date.
18. Where can I park? top
There is a large parking lot located directly across the street from The Klein Auditorium, it is well lit and secure.
There is a parking lot directly outside of Stage One, in addition there is parking in the vicinity.
19. Is there a train station close by? top
The Klein Auditorium – The Metro North stops in Bridgeport, it is about 1 mile from The Klein Auditorium. It’s a 4-5 minute cab ride.
Stage One – The Metro North stops in Fairfield. Stage One is right across the street from the Fairfield Train Station.

Doors open at 7:00 PM for shows at The Klein Auditorium and Stage One unless otherwise noted.

25. Do your venues serve alcohol? top
Yes, The Klein Auditorium and Stage One serve beer, wine and liquor. In addition, they have water and soda.
26. Do the venues accept credit cards? Do you have an ATM? top
The box office at The Klein Auditorium and Stage One accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. There is an ATM available at The Klein but not at Stage one. The bars at The Klein Auditorium and Stage One only accept cash.
27. Can I buy a ticket the day of the show? top
Yes, if there are tickets available you can purchase them the day of at the door or through our box office or website. Tickets purchased over the phone or website will be held for you to pick up at will call. You will need to present a photo id as well as the credit card to pick up your tickets.
28. Do any tickets become available at the last minute for a sold out show? top
It is rare that tickets become available to a show but you can contact the box office to see if any tickets are available.
29. I think the show I want to attend may be sold out? I called the box office and no one picked up, does that mean it’s sold out? top
If you call the box office and no one picks up it doesn’t necessarily mean a performance is sold out, there are times when our box office staff is assisting other customers and cannot take your call. You can leave a message, try calling back or go to our website, www.fairfieldtheatre.org.

30. Is The Klein Auditorium seated or standing room? Stage One? top
The Klein Auditorium is a seated venue with two tiers, for a seat map click here.
Stage One is a seated venue with three sections, for a seat map click here . Some shows at Stage One are standing room but we have a section of seats available that are general admission.
31. Is there re-entry at the show? top
No, there is no re-entry.
32. Can I take pictures? top
Photography is at the discretion of the bands management. If the management allows photography no flash is allowed.
33. Do you have a coat check? top
No, The Klein Auditorium and Stage One do not have a coat check.
